The second phase of Liberty Technology Park, under development by Fribourg Capital in Cluj-Napoca, will add 13,400 sqm to the market later this year. The building is already 30 percent pre-leased. The first phase of the project was completed in late 2013 and offers 5,600 sqm of space. Tenants include Siemens, which leases 3,000 sqm, as well as companies like Halcyon Mobile, Recall, La Casa, Makronetz, Ecuson Studio and Spherik Accelerator. The building should be fully occupied by August, according to Nina Moldovan, CEO of Fribourg Capital. The first phase of the project cost more than €10m.
