Bouygues Immobilier started work on the second phase of the Patio Avenir project, which is expected to add 86 new flats to Warsaw’s Bemowo district. The flats range from 28 sqm to 86 sqm of space. The developer started selling the flats in June, and currently 30 percent of the project is sold. The Polish builder InterBud–Lublin is overseeing construction. Patio Avenir is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2014. Bouygues Immobilier hopes to deliver the first stage in the third quarter of 2013.
