Construction on phase two of the Polygraphia Office Center in Sofia broke ground this week. Costs for this 10,000 sqm class A office project are estimated at €10m. Delivery is set for late 2017.
The project is a joint venture between Northridge Capital, a London-based real estate private investment fund, and the Bulgarian real estate company AG Capital.
