Wallberg Properties is preparing to break ground on the second phase of Sunnyville Residence in Brasov. The Garden building will offer nearly 100 units. The first phase of the project, the Residence building, is scheduled for completion next month, less than two years after the start of construction. Of the 83 apartments in the building, 81 have already been sold. The second phase of the project will include 97 apartments, with construction costs expected to top €6.2m.
