Secondary School I.G. Duca will move from September to the One Cotroceni Park office project at the Academiei metro station, for a period of two years, during which time the current building, classified as a second degree seismic risk, will be consolidated and modernised. The space allocated to the school will be 1,375 sqm.
“The cost that the school would have paid if it had rented the space is estimated at EUR 20,000 plus VAT per month. So the total for 2 years would be EUR 480,000, which is paid by One Unified Properties, provided we do not rent to anyone else during the 24-month period. All space furnishing, specification coordination and design coordination was done by ONE’s employees and sub-contractors,” explained Andrei Diaconescu, co-CEO and co-founder of One United Properties.
The cost of fitting out the space for the school function will be approximately EUR 350,000 plus VAT. Therefore, One’s total investment for the school amounts to EUR 830,000.
