Segro has signed a pre-let agreement with DB Shrenker logistic operator for storage and office space at its ongoing Segro Logistic Park in Gdańsk. The company will take up 4,500 sqm dock at loading warehouse which is to be built with the project, as well as 850 sqm of offices. Segro Logistic Park will offer 95,000 sqm of warehouse and office space in total after completion, and it has plots starting from 2 ha currently waiting for new tenants. Segro expects to complete the project’s first phase this year which would deliver 10,000 sqm of space to the TriCity’s warehouse market.
