Segro has completed a 15,500 sqm warehouse for Komfort at its Stryków logistics park near Łódź. Komfort, one of the first tenants at the Stryków park, had been leasing 11,700 sqm. The new facility will allow the floor-and-carpet supplier to move to a larger building. The warehouse aims to secure BREEAM Very Good certification. Segro started developing the park in 2006. The property has become the company’s flagship investment in Central and Eastern Europe. The complex will eventually offer 400,000 sqm of warehouse and production space.
