SEGRO has leased 11,500 square meters of logistics space in its SEGRO Logistics Park Krefeld-Süd, which was completed in December, to WISAG Industrie Service, which specializes in taking over secondary processes related to production and administration at industrial companies. WISAG has been using the space since July 2020, but so far only as a subtenant.
“This direct re-letting and thus uninterrupted full occupancy of the largest SEGRO park in Germany illustrates the great demand and the attractiveness of our space,” says Sebastian Hofer, Associate Director Asset Management Logistics at SEGRO. The park’s newer buildings have the DGNB sustainability certificate. Existing tenants include DSV, ASICS and UPS.
Due to its location in Hans-Günther-Sohl-Str. 4a is characterized by its good connection to the A44, A57 and A52, which, for example, enable the trade fair and Düsseldorf Airport to be reached quickly. In addition, a large number of regional freight railways and a widely ramified rail network create the best conditions for rail-road transshipment. Düsseldorf International, one of the most important air traffic hubs in Europe, can be reached in a few minutes.
