Segro European Logistics Partnership acquired a 36,844 sqm prime logistics facility in Oberhausen for €37m. The property is leased to the European convenience retail wholesaler and distributor Lekkerland. Lekkerland supplies more than 100,000 filling-station shops and convenience stores across Europe.
