The industrial developer Segro has announced a new lease agreement signed with DB Schenker Logistics, which took 4,500 sqm of warehouse space with an additional 850 sqm of offices at SEGRO Logistics Park Gdańsk. The project is currently underway on a 3.5ha plot in the city of Gdańsk. The latest agreement follows the 7,500 lease DB Schenker Logistics signed with the developer back in 2008 for Tulipan Park Gliwice. “We think that SEGRO Logistics Park Gdańsk will provide us with excellent expansion opportunities and allow us to consolidate our growing presence in the new and appealing location,” said Igor Nowaczyk, Director of the Gdynia branch of DB Schenker.
