A 2,800 sqm warehouse space was leased in the city of Tychy to Top Plastics Poland by Segro industrial developer. Segro Industrial Park Tychy, which is in the midst of development, is to provide 56,000 sqm of office and storage space when completed. Its smallest units start at 1,600 sqm. The logistics park is now underway, located near Highway 86, 22km from the city of Katowice. The first two stages of the project (34,500 sqm) have already been completed. Top Plastics Poland develops and produces automobile components for Fiat Auto Poland and Denso.
