SEGRO signed two new tenants at Tulipan Park Stryków, one of its strategic investments in Poland. The long-term agreements were signed this week with the logistic operators CAT LC Polska and Valeo Service Eastern Europe, totaling 11,000 sqm of industrial space. The tenants start operating the the park in the second quarter of the year. Colliers assisted in the deal.
Radosław Rożek, Manager of Country Distribution at CAT LC Polska, said the facility would be the company’s 8th logistics platform in Poland, and had been made necessary by its expansion. “Moreover, it is a further step in partner cooperation with our client Valeo Service Eastern Europe,” he said.
