Segro plans to continue the projects launched in 2011, the company has announced, along with new locations it has targeted recently, including in the north of Poland where it plans to build Segro Logistic Park Gdańsk. The project is expected to deliver 95,000 sqm of storage and industrial space to the local market. “We expect a vacancy rate drop in the long-term,” said Magdalena Szulc, Segro’s Business Unit Director Central Europe.
