Segro has acquired a 17 ha land parcel in Biskupice Podgórne near Wrocław, where it plans to develop an industrial and warehouse park. Cushman & Wakefield advised the buyer during the acquisition process. “We advised on the acquisition of a plot on which Segro will be able to break ground on a new industrial and warehouse project. Key drivers behind the developer’s decision included the land’s prime location, good accessibility and a favorable business environment,” said Michał Sikora, land, technical and special economic zone consultant at Cushman & Wakefield.
