Czech Radio reports that Sekyra Group has acquired the Stybluv dum on Wenceslas Square from four private owners. Citing the Czech News Agency, it quotes Sekyra Group director Leos Anderle as saying that the building would undergo a CZK 850 million reconstruction in order to make its ground floor suitable for shops and services. The upper floors will be turned into luxury residential space and offices. In the past, the building was used by the Semafor cinema and the Alfa cinema. Anderle said Sekyra Group is also completing work on the reconstruction of Nekazanka 17, which it is reconstructing for use as luxury residential.
