Sekyra Group has its headquarters closer to the Rohan Island, a vast area in Prague 8 KarlĆn it has been planning to redevelop for a few years already. The developer has chosen SluneÄnĆ vÄž (Sun Tower) in Prague 8 KarlĆn as its new headquarters, near the Invalidovna metro station. Sekyraās staff will use three of the total of 21 floors in the highrise. The move came after its lease at Diamond Point near the Hilton hotel in downtown Prague ran out. āWe appreciate the architecture of the new building and its modern faƧade, but most importantly, it offers an immediate view over the area of Rohan island, which is one of our most important projects,ā explains Sekyraās development director LeoÅ” Anderle. The developer won a tender to buy the land at Rohan island from the city several years ago, but will now have to begin paying rent for it, which could boost the pace of progress in the zone.
