Following its expansion, the company will occupy 1,100 sqm of space. JLL advised the tenant during the lease process. “Warsaw Distribution Center, one of the largest warehouse parks in the Warsaw metropolitan area, is a very interesting location for companies, especially those SME tenants seeking properties that ensure the efficient and rapid distribution of goods. This is the reason why Selcos decided to both remain and expand in the Warsaw Distribution Center” said Mateusz Iłowiecki, senior industrial consultant at JLL. Warsaw Distribution Center warehouse park is located 2 km from the Warsaw Chopin International Airport and offers 34,000 sqm in five buildings.
