River Development broke ground on the London and Oslo office buildings at Sema Park in Bucharest. The two class A office buildings will offer 31,524 sqm of leasable space. There will also be around 700 underground parking spots. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2021. The investment is valued at €70m. The buildings are undergoing the BREEAM Excellent certification process.
