River Development has secured BREEAM Excellent certification for the design phase of the London and Oslo office buildings at Sema Parc in Bucharest. The buildings are already under construction. The two class A office buildings offer a total leasable area of 31,524 sqm. Both are scheduled for delivery in the third quarter of next year.
“In the development of all our projects, we give special importance to the concept and architecture, but also to the level of efficiency and long-term sustainability. The BREEAM certification process for the London and Oslo buildings took place at the same time as the design and execution. The Excellent rating we obtained reflects very well the responsibility we have assumed both towards the future beneficiaries, but especially towards the local community, because we revitalize and give back to the city an extended area, completely renewed,” said Dan Vilau, project manager at River Development.
