“Cluj-Napoca is the largest polytechnic student hub in Romania, where over 30,000 IT&C students study, more than in Bucharest. That is why employers in the IT&C fields are targeting this city. Also, Cluj-Napoca is the second largest university center in Romania, after Bucharest, if we take into account the total number of students. Cluj-Napoca is distinguished by the fact that it offers companies a significant 25 percent reduction in rent compared to Bucharest. This cost savings can be an attractive factor for companies looking to establish their headquarters in Cluj-Napoca. However, it is important to note that the cost reduction does not in any way compromise the premium quality of the office spaces available in Cluj-Napoca. Thanks to this balanced approach between cost and quality, Cluj-Napoca is an attractive choice for investment and business development, offering a favorable environment for the growth of organizations”, declares Nicolae Ciobanu Managing Partner – Head of Advisory at Fortim Trusted Advisors, member of the BNP Paribas Alliance Real Estate.
Maestro Business Center is a boutique building with modern office space spread over the ground floor and nine floors.
