Serbia’s Property Directorate has made two buildings in the town of Bor available for use by Srbija Zijin Bor Copper at no cost for the next 50 years. Taken together, the two buildings offer 772 square meters of space.
The contract was signed in Bor by the director of the Republic Property Directorate Jovan Vorkapic and the director of Zijin Bor Copper Jian Ximing. The Republic of Serbia, as a shareholder in Serbia Zijin Bor Copper, will collect profits that the company realizes through the real estate business.
