SESCO Lighting buys new HQ in Orlando for $3.4m

SESCO Lighting have paid $3.425 million for an office building in the Orlando sub-market of Maitland. Located at 222 West Maitland Boulevard, the 16,253 sqf freestanding office building traded for $210 per sqf. Built in 1983, the building was originally developed as office space, then converted into a school before reverting back to office use again. In the sale of the asset, Cushman & Wakefield represented seller Penta Partners, LLC, a group made up of the founding partners of Helman Hurley Charvat Peacock Architects. SESCO Lighting will relocate its Winter Park headquarters to the building in Orlando which was empty at the time of the sale.
