IMMOFINANZ has once again selected MVGM as the office property manager from its portfolio. The extension of the contract means that seven Warsaw properties, including one of the tallest buildings in the capital – myhive Warsaw Spire – will remain under the management of MVGM for the coming years.
The contract covers over 230,000 sq m. of modern space located in seven office properties – thirteen buildings in total. One of the tallest and most recognizable buildings in the capital, myhive Warsaw Spire, and other properties developed by IMMOFINANZ under the joint myhive brand, remain under the care of MVGM experts. These are the office buildings myhive Nimbus, myhive I-O1, myhive Crown Tower and myhive Crown Point, as well as two office complexes consisting of four buildings – myhive Park Postępu and myhive Mokotów.

Cooperation with the fund also means the implementation in practice of the MVGM strategy, the pillars of which are long-term, stable relationships with property owners and tenants, responsibility and trust, as well as the knowledge and experience of the team.
MVGM currently manages 1.5 million sq m. of space in Poland, of which more than half of the portfolio is office real estate. The company’s portfolio includes well-known Warsaw office buildings and complexes, such as Gdański Business Center, Generation Park X, Atrium 2 or Karolkowa Business Park, as well as office buildings located in major regional cities in Poland. In the management of MVGM there are, among others Wojdyła Business Park, Carbon Tower and Green Day in Wrocław, Airport City in Gdańsk, Forum 76 in Łódź and Poznań icons – Okrągląk and Kwadraciak.
