P3 has completed the shell of the first building in its newest industrial park in the Czech Republic, P3 Lovosice. FM Logistic is the tenant that’s set to lease 30,000 sqm of the 90,000 sqm building which P3 intends to lease out to an e-commerce platform that will serve the Czech and the German markets. FM Logistic has chosen an excellent location,” says Tomáš Míček, P3’s director for the Czech Republic. “P3 Lovosice has excellent connections to the D8 motorway through exits 45 and 48 and its near a railway transfer point on the Bupdapest-Vienna-Berlin line where P3 has another fully-leased building.” In environmental terms, the developer will be creating a wooded hillock to separate the industrial park from its surroundings, while taking measures to ensure that all rainwater is absorbed and collected on site. Štěpán Ladányi of FM Logistic said the availability of labor in the area is another of the advantages of the new park’s location. “We’re estimating that we’ll be creating up to 100 jobs here,” he said.
