PasserInvest Group announced it will complete shell of Nová Karolina Park in Ostrava by mid March. The administrative building, which should be BREEAM certified, will offer 24,600 sqm of office space plus 2,960 sqm of retail on the ground floor, with units starting at 60 sqm. “At the moment, I can say that the ground floor premises are being successfully occupied,” says Tomáš Kadeřábek, project manager for PasserInvest Group. “This demand is particularly due to the prominent location of our building within the entire project of Nová Karolina.” The office part of the complex offers units starting at 300 sqm and Kadeřábek says that PasserInvest’s leasing strategy is not to focus just the biggest tenants, but try to attract a mix of smaller companies as well. Nová Karolina Park, designed by Vít Máslo and David R. Chisholm, CMC architects, and built by Gemo Olomouc is general contractor, is scheduled to open in spring 2013.
