Senior Lifestyle Corp has obtained an $18.38 million loan for construction of the Sheridan at Cooper City. The 111-unit assisted living and memory center is located on the corner of Sheridan Street and Pine Island Road in Cooper City. In addition to 72 assisted living and 39 memory care apartments, the project will have 20,000 square feet that includes space for living and dining rooms, a fitness center and physical therapy rooms. Formation Development Group of Alpharetta, Ga. is a partner in the project. The 3.8 acre site was acquired for $2.5 million in February with a completion date set for late 2016.
