Modernization work has started at Shopping City Sibiu, which is owned by NEPI Rockcastle. The shopping center will also be expanded. Once the 10,000 sqm expansion is completed, Shopping City Sibiu will offer a total of 90,000 sqm of space. A new level will include a food court and entertainment area as well as an outdoor terrace. NEPI Rockcastle is investing approximately €35m into the center’s modernization and expansion.
