Sidorme has put seven hotels in Spain on the market. The company is hoping to get €25m for the package. The properties were designed in accordance with green building rules. They require little maintenance and consume minimal energy. A number of Spanish REITs and large investment funds have expressed interest in buying the properties. Sidorme operates three hotels that it leases, which together offer 1,230 rooms. The company is currently building three other hotels.
