Siemaszko, the Szczecin based developer has received a final building permit for construction of two 33-storey towers in Miedzyzdroje. A permit for construction includes also demolition of existing buildings on the site. The two 112-meter high skyscrapers will be located at Promenady Gwiazd street in the eastern part of Miedzyzdroje and will offer 345 apartments. The total usable area of the project will cover 30,000 sqm. The investment will also include a gym, swimming pool, SPA, conference rooms, cafes and restaurants.
