BW-INV LLC, an affiliate of Boca Raton-based Siemens Group, has acquired a 6.8 acre site for $13.5 million. The condominium project, which is named The Akoya, will feature 140 units ranging in price from $800,000 to over $2 million. The Akoya was designed by West Palm Beach based architecture firm Garcia Stromberg and is located at the Boca West country Club. The project is planned to break ground in late 2015.
