Siemens Polska has leased 4,000 sqm of warehouse space at MLP Wrocław. The tenant will use 3,200 sqm for production and warehouse purposes,while 700 sqm will be used as office space. The facility has already been handed over to the tenant. MLP Wrocław was developed on a 13 ha plot in the city’s Psie Pole district. Once completed, the complex will include five warehouse halls with a total area of 63.5 million sqm.
