Miami-based 13th Floor Investments has sold the Sierra Grande apartment complex located in Naples, FL for more than $44m. Located at 6975 Sierra Club Circle, the property has 273 luxury units that are 95-percent leased. Sierra Grande was slated to become a condominium, but in a response to strong demand, it was re-marketed as Naples’ first luxury apartment complex in more than a decade.
