SIF Muntenia sells 2.3% holding in Cemacon Cluj

SIF Muntenia sold 121,500 of its shares in Cemacon Cluj, reducing its stake in the brick manufacturing company to 3.37 percent. In March, Cemacon Cluj reduced its capital share to cover losses incurred over the past five years. The largest shareholder of the company is the investment fund KJK Fund SICAV-SIF, which holds a 34-percent stake, while Andrei & Andrei Consulting holds 21.4 percent and SSIF Broker has a 17.8-percent stake. Cemacon shares are currently trading at RON 0.917.
