SIG has renegotiated its lease at the Gdańsk-Kowale Distribution Centre. The company, an international distributor of building products, was represented by Cresa Poland. It occupies more than 1,300 sqm of warehouse and office space at the property. “We are pleased with the current location of our warehouse in Gdańsk. That’s why we decided to continue our cooperation. Appropriate logistics conditions, unlimited deliveries and secure warehousing are all important to SIG,” said Bartosz Pilch, head of e-commerce and marketing at SIG. The Gdańsk-Kowale Distribution Centre, located by Gdańsk’s ring road, includes nearly 130,000 sqm in six buildings.
