Sight Real Estate of Tampa has purchased the Graham Bottling plant located at the corner of North Jefferson and East Plymouth streets in Tampa Heights. Sight Real estate plans to build 22 apartment units in the 46,000 square foot building which will be named the Bootlegger. The investor purchased the warehouse (built in 1925) from Tampa based Grunt Equity LLC for $375,000.
