Chicago-based AMLI Residential has purchased the Signature at Davie for $114.8 million or $229,610 per unit. The 17 building, 500 apartment complex is split into two phases located at 5801 Toscana Drive with 350 units and 3300 Davie Road with 150 units. The first of the two complex’s (5801 Toscana) was completed in 2013 while the second (3300 Davie) was completed this past spring. The property is located near Broward College and Nova Southeastern University.
