Sii Polska has leased 3,500 sqm in the first building of the West 4 Business Hub in Wrocław. Going up on Na Ostatnim Groszu street, construction of the first stage of the project broke ground in February 2019. The building will offer 15,000 sqm of office space. The facade of the building is almost finished, with 90 percent of the elevation having already been completed. The whole complex will offer 80 000 sqm of office space. The developer of the project is Echo Investment.
