Siko is developing a rental residential complex near the Luka metro station in Prague – Stodůlky. The producer of bathroom appliances plans to invest CZK 500,000m into the apartment block, called Luka Living Rental Apartments, which will offer 2015 flats across 15 floors. Siko will manage the complex, which is scheduled for completion in 2017. Siko has also purchased the nearby 7,000 sqm shopping center Luka, including a two-level parking garage. This brings the total investment to approximately CZK 900m. Siko has hired Tomáš Kašpar to lead the the project company which is named Luka Residential.
