Dallas-based Silverstone Healthcare has secured a $24 million construction loan for its new assisted living facility in Palm Beach Gardens. Called HarborChase, it will feature a 140 bed, 117,165-square-foot facility at 5900 Central Gardens Way. The loan was provided by Texas Capital Bank. Silverstone purchased the 6.2 acre site in March for $4.6 million. Silverstone develops, owns and manages Class A senior housing in Florida and in Texas. Proctor Construction Co. has been selected as general contractor.
