Simba Toys Polska has leased 8,400 sqm at the MLP Pruszków II logistics center. Axi Immo advised the German distributor of toys during the lease process. The space will be tailored specifically to the tenant’s needs with 8,100 sqm designated for warehouse use and the remaining 300 sqm to be fitted out as office space and staff amenities. Construction is set to begin in the second half of June, with the handover scheduled for January 2021. MLP Pruszków II is located in the municipality of Brwinów near Warsaw, 5 km from Pruszków. With a target leasable space of about 309,000 sqm, the investment will be the region’s largest logistics complex. MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport links between central Warsaw as well as the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities.
