Siniat, part of the Belgian group ETEX, appointed Tanguy Vanderborght as CEO of operations in Romania and Poland. Tanguy Vanderborght replaces Marc-Andre Fritsche, who had occupied the position for the past four years.
Vanderborght Tanguy has held several positions within ETEX over the past 15 years, including CFO of several divisions of manufacturing and general manager of the company’s branch in Warsaw.
Siniat, a manufacturer specialized in drywall, plaster and renders systems, owns two factories in Romania in Turceni and in Aghiresu.
