Sînziana Pardhan was promoted to country head at P3 Romania. Pardhan, who had recently been named acquisitions director of the developer’s Romanian branch, takes over as country head from Blake Horsley, who was promoted to group development director. In her new role, Pardhan, will oversee the company’s expansion in Romania. Prior to joining P3, Pardhan had spent nine years at Colliers International. She has a degree in finance and banking from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and a master’s degree in international business from Tufts University.
