Core Development has begun site work on BLVD Sarasota, its condominium project in the Rosemary District. The firm is starting vertical construction on the the 18-story building which will encompass 49 units ranging in size from 3,550 to 3,900 square feet. With sales having begun in mid-2017, the two penthouse units and nearly half of the building is under contract. “We couldn’t be more proud of the team that has worked to bring this building from concept to reality,” says Core Development President Kevin Daves in a statement. “The goal was to combine the comforts of single-family home style living with the conveniences of a condominium.”
