Skala Invest Group has begun construction on the second phase of Mlýnský rybník, a residential project in Dobřejovice near Průhonice to the southeast of Prague. Seventeen family houses in the first phase were sold quickly and the developer has decided to double the number of units in the second phase. The 17 homes, designed in the old Victorian English style, are scheduled for completion in December this year. The homes are on offer at prices ranging from CZK 6.7m to 8.5m. The project’s web page indicates that four houses in the first phase have already been sold and that one of the units in the second phase has had a reservation placed on it.
