Skanska started construction on the €50m second phase of Generation Park in Warsaw. The building will offer 18,300 sqm on 16 floors. Once completed, Generation Park will be Skanska’s largest office development in Central and Eastern Europe. The complex will include three office buildings with a total leasable area of 84,000 sqm. The project is expected to receive LEED Platinum certification. The second phase of the project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2019.
