Skanska has started construction on the third phase of the High5ive office complex in Krak贸w. The final building will offer 11,000 sqm and will be Skanska鈥檚 first office project in Krak贸w with a WELL certificate, which is awarded to healthy and comfortable workplaces. The complex offers a total of 70,000 sqm of leasable space in five buildings. NS Moon Studio was in charge of the design, while Skanska Property Poland is responsible for the commercialization of the office building.
