Skanska Property Hungary laid the cornerstone for its Nordic Light office project in Budapest’s Vaci corridor. The scheme will offer 26,200 sqm of class A office space and will go up in two phases. Work on first phase has already started, while construction of underground levels that will be part of the second phase are underway as well. The property has secured LEED Gold pre-certification.
