Skanska buys Key project in Prague

4 September 2017

Skanska bought the Key office project in Prague 4-Pankrác from CSAD Praha Holding. The price of the deal was not disclosed. The developer hopes to be able to break ground before the end of the year on the site, which used to house a bus station, between Sdružení street and the Prague magistrala. Completion is scheduled for fall 2019. Key will be Skanska’s biggest office project in Prague so far, offering approximately 37,000 sqm of space and huge terraces in two phases. The project is aiming for LEED Platinum and WELL certificates. Skanska Property also plans to upgrade the walkway below the magistrala which will make it easier for tenants to access the project.
