Skanska broke ground on the third phase of its High5ive office scheme in Kraków. The building will include 12,000 sqm of office on nine floors. Completion is scheduled for the beginning of 2020. The High5ive complex will feature of total of 70,000 sqm of office in five buildings. The complex is being developed in accordance with the highest sustainable building standards. In addition to securing a LEED Gold certificate, Skanska will also apply for Building Without Barriers certification. This means that the project will be adjusted to the needs of people with disabilities, parents with small children, seniors and people who do not speak Polish.
