Skanska has signed a contract with Beiersdorf Manufacturing Poznań LLC to expand and reconstruct a production facility in Poznań, Poland. The contract is worth PLN 141 million.
Skanska will construct nine new buildings and expand or modernize four existing buildings, with a total area of 36,700 sqm, including a process building, a warehouse, laboratories, offices, and utility buildings.
The construction has already started, and the completion is scheduled for April 2023.
